In the composition of S2 ,Lycopodium calvatum (05 Parts) replaces Strychnos Nus Vomica (10 Parts) rest other plants are same but parts are different. 

Medicianal use 

It is specific for urinary system and specially for urinary bladder ( S1 is specific for stomach and metabolic activities.) it is also used as selective remedy for gall stones and renal insufficiencies due to diabetic or renal failure . Its positive dilution help in curing constipation by stimulating the intestinal peristaltic movement . It is also effective in the treatment of paralysis of hands,sciatica, Hepatitis and Jaundice. 

Properties- Anti enemic , anti scrophulus, biliary, nutritive anti constipation, anti rheumatic .
