Syed_Mohammad_Sharfuddin_Quadri (1901–2015) was a physician of the Unani system of medicine and an Indian independence activist. The Government of India awarded him the third highest civilian honor of the #Padma_Bhushan, in 2007, for his contributions to Indian medicine He was the founder of a medical journal, #Hikmat_e_Bangala and was among the group of people who founded the #Calcutta_Unani_Medical_College and Hospital. He was born on 25 December 1901 in Nawada district, of #Bihar.
