Berberis vulgaris (20 parts) used in the place of Rheum Palmatum, in case of S5 comapred to S3. While other composition in terms of plants is same but ratio is different. 

It is basically remedy of glands,nerves, and digestive areas. It is related to faulty secreation of liver , gall bladder or pancreas . as it play active role in the production of jucies from glands and help in the maintainence of digestive functions properly. It is also best remedy for renal caliculai . Joints ,rheumatoid arthritis, disturbance of motor nerves.
