Male patient aged 21 years was advised to go for endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic Sinusitis since last 1 year. He had complaints of pain over both cheeks below eyes since 1 year severe pricking pain. Also had pain over root of nose. It was aggravated by cold exposure in general, air conditioning and morning and was better by pressure. He had stuffy nose at night and early morning had to blow nose with thick discharge.
