APPEARANCE: Fair complexion, medium built

DIGESTION: Appetite:-Thirst: 15-20 glass/ day

SLEEP: Duration: 8 hours

Life space: CHILDHOOD: Patient was born in AMOD. At that time family consists of mother, father, grandmother grandfather, four uncles, four aunty, five cousins and one elder brother. Patient has a good IPR with all family members. Pt's father was good by nature and has vegetable lorry. Pt’s grand further was also good by nature and sit in shop of household things. Pt’s mother was also good by nature. Pt’s uncle was separated when patient was five years of age.
SCHOOL LIFE: Patient was study up to 10th standard in AMOD. In school patient has 8 to 10 friends and having good IPR with them and share all things with him. Patient also takes part in other activity like running, high jump and cricket. Patient not takes part in stage activity because he was not interested in it. Patient is not interested in study so that fail in 10th standard. Pt thinks that “અડધીજીંદગીતોભણવામાંજજતીરેવેપારકરવોસારો” so he left the study.
AT WORK: After fail in 10th patient does not do anything for one to two years. After that he started lorry of plastic things for 15 years. Now since 10-year patient has shop of hardware. He and his elder brother work together in one shop. Financial management was managed by his brother. Whenever patient wants money, he takes it from his brother. There was no any calculation done by his brother that how much money he gave. Selection of material of shop was done by both brothers together.
MARRIAGE LIFE: Patient gets married in 2009. Patient’s wife was cool and calmed by nature when patient  not taking the things which order by his wife at that time, she become angry so patients ousted on his wife and said that “I had some other work it takes it later on “ after that Pt’s wife become silent.
PRESENT LIFE: At present pt stay in AMOD with his brother and his family & patient’s wife. Both brothers were work together in one shop. Now patient gave more time to shop than before. Before that he passed more time with his friends.
PT AS A PERSON: Patient was cool and calm by nature. He doesn’t like to argue with other. Sometimes become angry. In anger he spoken out and sometimes want to beat other but after that he feel regret. One time he beat his friend also beat his son when he throws the things here and there. When the separation of land was done his uncle not give his part at that time patient does not do anything patient that “અમનેનથીજોઈતુંબધુંસારુછેએનાકરતાંસુખીઅમેછીએ” has hobby to travelling with family. Patient was also helping poor people.
