Homoeopathy is a system of Medicine which has given many miraculous results and such results are also seen in cases of Diabetes. Diabetes is a long term disease and can be treated through various systems of medicines.  Homeopathy has a positive role in early diagnosed cases through constitutional corrections. If the blood sugar is very high the priority is to control the elevated blood sugar to save him from life threatening complications.  There are homeopathic remedies, called organopathic remedies that could reduce the sugar. On 12th January 2022, A male patient of age 76 years, came with the complaint of calf muscles pain in both legs mostly at night with burning of soles and dryness of skin with cracks.
With frequently desire to pass urine followed by burning.

 BEHAVIOUR DURING CHILDHOOD:- Debilitated and Irritable

GENERAL SYMPTOMS:-
A. PHYSICAL GENERALS:-
 APPEARANCE:- Fatty
 TASTE:- sweet foods
 THIRST:- Thirsty - large quantity for cold water 
 STOOL:- Constipated with ineffectual urging, better by cold drink
 URINE:- Frequently desire to pass urine 
 APPETITE :- Ravenous
 SLEEP:- sound
 THERMAL REACTIONS:- Chilly

B. MENTAL GENERALS:-

CONCLUSION :-Homoeopathy not only treat the physical complaints but treats the patient holistically and as a whole. It resolves the mental trauma due to the physical complaints which master Hahnemann differentiated as somatopsychic disorders. Homoeopathy has its bang on results in the endocrine diseases and can be treated as speedily as treated by other schools of medicines and in
