A 52 year male patient come with complaints of recurrent cough and cold with swelling on both cheeks and upper eyelid, pain and heaviness of root of nose and forehead. every change of weather and exposure of draft cold air cause onset of symptom patient was suffering from long duration all most 5 to 6 time in year. patient feel temporary relief from hot local application.patient prescribed  psorinum 200 single dose for the purpose of prevention and cure.after 15 days follow up patient is improving. after 3 month patient is not suffering form his all complaints.that conclude psorinum act as preventive and curative  medication for chronic sinusitis
