On March 06 , 2022, A male patient of age 56 years, came with Backache and both legs, foots are Swelling and painful. All the complaint are aggravated by walk and standing position.

GENERAL SYMPTOMS:-

• Radicular pain in Back and both lower legs.
• Both lower legs are swollen.

CLINICAL  DIAGNOSIS :- LUMBER SPONDYLOSIS
INVESTIGATION BASE :- MRI OF LUMBER SPINE : Grade 1 spondyloslisthesis of  L4 over L5 vertebral body.
Post assymetrical herniation L2 – L3 and L5,S1 intervertebral disc with ligamentum flavum thickening and facsital atrophy causes of mild compression with bilateral foraminal mild stenosis.

PRESCRIPTION:-
Rx  :- BELLIS PERENNIS 200 SINGLE DOSE STAT ORALLY
     :- SAC LAC : 4 pills TDS for 15 DAYS ORALLY

ADVICE :-   Do regular exercise.
             :-Avoid citrus food.

1. 21/3/2022 :-
All the complaint are slightly relieved (vertigo, headache).
Radicular pain was slightly decreased.
