A 36-year-old male suffering from acute cough without expectoration.

Cough was dry, and is <night, lying down.

Along with cough, there was hoarseness of voice.

There was also throat pain which is <empty swallowing.

Thirst: thirsty

Thermals: hot

Though he was having cough and throat pain, he continued his work throughout the day.

On repertorization, following symptoms were selected.

1. Thorat; pain; swallowing; agg; empty
2. Speech & voice; hoarseness; cough; agg.
3. Cough; night; lying; agg.
4. Cough; dry; night; lying; agg.

On this repertorial totality, remedy selected was SULPHUR.

Rx. SULPHUR 200 I DOSE. SAC. LAC. 200 6 PILLS TDS FOR 2 DAYS.

FOLLOWUP: Within 2 days, his cough went off and his voice became normal.

This proves that HOMOEOPATHY is much more faster than ANTI-BIOTICS.
