A 23 year old male presenting with dry scaly eruption, a large patch over left knee since 5 years. Itching followed by scratching especially when got sweat over the area with yellow staining. There is burning, irritation over that area. Biting pain as of something pricking.

Burning over eruptions < by perspiration over affected area.

So this are the presenting complaints of that individual & by examining type of eruption, it was a case of PSORIASIS & then I was start to interrogate about origin & time of appearance of complaint according to guideline given under aphorism 83-104, during this history taking I found that he was always forced by his family members, he won’t want to live with his family because of clashes, he forced to do the things as his family wants so I found peculiar emotional disturbance like,

• Anxiety about security
• Anger when forced to do things which doesn’t like.
• Proud about self

All his complaints starts after this disturbances, so I came to the conclusion according to Aph. 225 that this is case of PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDER with Psoric dominancy.

I gave CALCAREA SULPHURICA - 1M single dose along with sac lac for a month & patient got tremendous result. No new appearance of eruption & old one starts to recover with recovery of associated mental complaints.
