A male patient aged 45 years has been diagnosed with Piles. The parient was lean, thin. His major complaints were bleeding from anus before stool and weakness and lethargy. Other complaints were severe burning and pain in anus after stool.  The totality of case is summarized below.

-Bleeding from anus before stool.

-Sever burning and pain in anus.

-weakness and prostration.

To check the bleeding from anus therapeutic preion was made i. e. NITRIC ACID 200(BASES ON ABOVE TOTALITY). After 2 days patients complaints of bleeding and weakness start decreasing. Later patient recieved constitutional medicine.
