• A 50 year old male patient had a fall while urinating at night.
• I was called at night to see the patient.
• There was severe weakness and chills.
• On examination, his Blood Pressure was 90/60 mmHg. At that time also he had urging to urinate  and while urinating he had episode of vertigo and giddiness.
• Yesterday night, he was diagnosed as a COVID positive. He is a very fearful and anxious person. On hearing this, he was shocked that how can I have COVID... and following night,  he developed this symptoms...
• On repertorization, I found following rubrics.
• 1. Mind; shock, emotional upset, being stunned, ailments from
  2. Vertigo; urination; during
  3. Generalities; faintness, fainting; urination; during
• The common remedy in this repertorization was ACONITE.
  I prescribed ACONITE 1M --  LOCAL APPICATION  on wrist.
• Follow up at next morning : He was completely fine, no chills, his energy was drastically improved. His Blood Pressure was also 130/78 mmHg.
