A 20 years old male patient come with complain of frontal headache in morning and evening sneezing and nasal obstruction since past 15 days. He feels nasala obstruction whenever he looked down, while talking and lying down. He get relief in headache with tight bandage around head. Sleep is disturb due to Nasal obstruction. The patient is reserved, introvert and studied hard to achieve good rank in exam. 
                         
                I have given silicea 200 4 pills repeated for every 4 hours ,acute preion with non reportorial approach and patient feels better on next. morning.
