PATIENT NAME: NANJAMMA Age: 48 years Sex: female Mrs. Nanjamma, 48 years female, came to the National Institute of Unani Medicine Hospital with the complaint of Non-Healing Diabetic Ulcers over the medial aspect of both feet. According to her statement, she was apparently well 2 years back and then noticed a small ulcer over the medial aspect of her right foot, for which she consulted Bowring Hospital, Bangalore. She was advised to use antibiotic ointment locally, with proper feet care. But the use of antibiotics proved useless, and another ulcer developed over the medial aspect of the left foot. Then, she went to Victoria hospital and took treatment for one and half years but found no result. The patient, then, came to the National Institute of Unani Medicine Hospital, where we treated her with a local application of Marham Raal along with conventional antidiabetic medicines. Non-Healing Diabetic ulcers healed completely in 60 days.
