Male patient aged 8yrs
C/o: pain in throat(+2) started since 3 days followed by itching in throat, sneezing(+2), watery discharge from throat all of troubles are aggravated at night(+3) and by cold food and drinks.
Onset after taking ice cream.
P/G 
Thirst: unchanged, 1 lit/day
App: normal
Bowel and bladder: normal
Desire: sweets
Aversion: nothing 
Thermals: chilly
O/E
Respiratory system: BLAE+, no rhochi
Mentals
Very restless since this symptoms developed
Very fearful also especially at night, constantly needs mother or else cannot sleep.
Dignosis: Allergic Rhinitis
Preion: stramonium 200 single dose,s.l 4 pills 3 times a day for 3 days 
Follow up after 3 days: 
Sneezing decreased and could have calm sleep now. Slight throat pain still there. s.l 4*3*3 days was given then improvement in all complaints.
