Male patient aged 9 years developed complaint of running nose, burning in nose, sneezing, lachrymation since 3 days after eating cold food at a function.
Complaints are aggravated in cold weather, midday and at night and better by warmth in general.
O/E 
Respiratory system: no wheezing, no rhonchi, 
Mild congestion of pharynx
P/G
Appetite: decreased causes nausea
Thirst: at short interval 
Bladder and bowel: normal
Thermals: chilly
M/G
Great restlessness is seen since 3 days. He is not ready to seat at a place. Constantly changing place
Preion: Ars Alb 200 1 dose, 
S.L 4*3*3 days 
Follow up after 3 days
Relief in running nose and is calmed a bit.
S.L for 4*3*3 days and after that improvement was marked.
