A female pt aged 24 yr visited with complaint of inflammation on eyelids, medially, with pricking pain in eyes and itching+++ since 5 days.

There was sudden onset, having no specific cause.

It progressed to development of cyst with pus formation within 2nd day.

Pain was better by cold application+++. 

Pain was aggravated in evening,  on straining eyes, sudden draught of air.

Thermal state:- Hot 

Thirst:- Decreased hardly 2 glasses /day.

Appetite:- Normal.

On examination:- inflammation above Right  eye, with yello  pus filled cyst.

Vitals:- Normal.

No deviation in mental state.

Diagnosis:- Stye.

Preion:- Pulsatilla 200 4 pills three times a day for 2 days

Sac lac 4 pills Bd for 2 days 

Follow up on 3rd day:- 

No growth or cyst seen on eye, inflammation better by 70% 

No pricking pain in eyes. 

Thirst improved.
