On 7th April 2022, A male patient of age 37 years, came with the complaint of Ringworm on lateral side of the left leg with sever itching, scratching leads to bleeding along with terrible headache. All the complaint are aggravated by cold air or at night. Patient having a PH/O lung tuberculosis

 BIRTH & EARLY DEVELOPMENT:- All the milestones were achieved normally
 BEHAVIOUR DURING CHILDHOOD:- Irritable and revengeful
 EDUCATION:- 10th pass

GENERAL SYMPTOMS:-
A. PHYSICAL GENERALS:-
 APPEARANCE:- fatty
 TASTE:- spices foods
 THIRST:- Normal
 STOOL:- constipation 
 URINE:- raise several times at night to urinate
 APPETITE :- Normal
 SLEEP:- Drowsy during day and restless at night
 THERMAL REACTIONS:- Chilly

B. MENTAL GENERALS:-
- A gloomy person wants to be left alone
- Angry and silent
- Reply quickly and sharply
- Ill tempered
- Mind given to be frightened particularly by dogs
- Depressed and melancholic even to be insanity

EXAMINATION:-

 Black discoloration seen on the lateral side of the left leg
 Redness was observed at the affected part
 Dryness of skin observed at affected part

 TOTALITY OF SYMPTOMS:-
o A gloomy person wants to be left alone
o Angry and silent
o Reply quickly and sharply
o Ill tempered
o Mind given to be frightened particularly by dogs
o Depressed and melancholic even to insanity
o Raise several times at night to urinate
o Drowsy during the day and restless at night
o Terrible headache as if tight hoop of iron around it
o Ringworm on lateral side of left leg with sever itching, scratching leads to bleeding
o Redness over affected area

PRESCRIPTION:-
BACILLINUM BURNETT 1M SINGLE DOSE STAT ORALLY
SAC LAC 4×3×7 days

FOLLOW UP:-
1. 14/04/2022 :-
Slight relief in all the complaint
Complaint of itching and burning at affected part     relieved upto 50 % but still present.
Decrease the size of patches of Ringworm

2. 28/04/2022
Marked improvement in all the complaints
No new patches of Ringworm are seen
Redness are decreased and patches become brownish in colour

Improvement in all the complaints

CONCLUSION :-Homoeopathy not only treat the physical complaints but treats the patient holistically and as a whole. It resolves the mental trauma due to the physical complaints which master Hahnemann differentiated as somatopsychic disorders. Homoeopathy has its bang on results in the viral diseases and can be treated as speedily as treated by other schools of medicines and in
