A case of Aphthous Ulcer treated by Homoeopathic medicine

A female Patient (Regd no.720856) Aged 25 year, Hindu from Gaighata , 24 parganas(S),West Bengal visited 1st time in NIH Organon Dept. OPD on 19/11/2019.
Desire: Fish, spicy food, phuchka, vagetables.
Aversion: Mutton, milk , ghee.
Intolarance:Mutton ,causes nausea.
Thirst: Profuse, 4½ liter /day.
Tongue: Pale, dry , slightly coated.
Stool: Irregular, not clear, loose stool, several times passes stool accidentally while urinating.
Urine : Clear, slight yellowish in colour ,occasionally offensive.
Sleep: Good.
Dreams : Of daily activities
Thermal relation: Ambithermic.
Sweat: Moderate, more in face region.
can not sit properly in one space, very restless in all her work, Easily fatigues, wants to lie down. Prefers not to share her worries with others, Consolation aggravation, desire to be alone.
redness reduced. Burning sensation still persists while eating hot and spicy food, but better than before,ulcers reduced but often reappeared.
Medicine prescribed: MURIATICUM ACIDUM 1M, 1 dose in saclac, in empty stomach , early in the morning.
On 26/02/2020 Patient is better, No burning, No redness,Ulcers reduced, No redness,prescribed Placebo.
