Jamnagar (an Institute of National Importance), a pioneer institute in Ayurveda teaching and research since 1957, conducted 6 days CME Programme for Teachers of Dravyaguna successfully from 15th to 20th November 2021. CME was sponsored by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India & coordinated by Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

There were a total of 30 participants from various states, and 17 experts contributed to the CME.

In addition to the regular RAV-CME curriculum, participants benefited from training in DNA barcoding, in-silico analysis, macro-microscopy, and analytical and pharmacological studies conducted by expert scientists in the institute's well-established Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical chemistry, and Pharmacology laboratories. This CME is instrumental in the professional development of Dravyaguna professionals.
